DMC Mediation Matters 2012 Seminar - 20 February

The next CPD seminar for Mediators, Surveyors and lawyers will be held on 20 February at Days Hotel Ruislip. These one day events are aimed at being informative, thought provoking and are an excellent opportunity to meet up with many of the people involved with Dispute Resolution being attended by those who generally supply work and those who are actively involved in Dispute Resolution.

This seminar provides 4.5 hrs Bar and SCMA accredited CPD and RICS Life Long Learning

The day will consist of : Moderated role play session hosted by Andrew Goodman of the SCMA plus 4 sessions covering 

• Boundary disputes 'Know the facts - Jon Maynard of www.boundary-problems.co.uk;
• Multi-party dispute mediation practical advice' - Lawrence Kormornick of Easy Dispute Resolution Ltd
• 'Ins and outs of a Settlement Agreement' - Russell Evans of Resolve UK
• Social networking to achieve greater profits' - Grant Vincent (Principal partner of Dispute Mediation Consultancy)

A buffet lunch and refreshment throughout the day is also included.
