The Dispute Mediation Consultancy was established in 2008 in response to a need to provide high quality mediation and conflict resolution services for the professional management of land & property disputes. The partnership comprises both professional RICS  Accredited Mediators and legal qualified Mediators, diversely spread across England, Scotland & Wales to bring professional mediation to your door.

As well as property related dispute resolution services, Dispute Mediation Consultancy now offers experts in a whole range of legal disciplines providing you with a total Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) solution to your problem.

Civil Mediation Council Accredited

Dispute Mediation Consultancy were the first RICS Accredited Mediator's group to be accredited by the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) as mediation providers. As accredited providers listed by the Ministry of Justice  and, as a corporate member of the Standing Conference of Mediation Advocates (SCMA), we are able to provide you with specialist ''RICS Accredited' Land & Property Mediators as well as specialist Legal Mediators from our extensive panel of over 40+ professional mediation experts.
